Lady in the Microfiche is a trip hop/acid jazz band influenced by artists such as Bjork, Anohni, Portishead and Thom Yorke. Inspired by vintage technology, Lady in the Microfiche’s debut, self-titled work blends chilling yet catchy vocal melodies and traditional instruments with synthesizers and drum machines. They write songs about disappearance and obsolescence.
